Our Publishing Goals

We aim to maintain our publishing excellence as a publisher of high quality academic books for students across all levels of education – primary, secondary, and college/university. Our books span well presented picture books for early learners, coursebooks (used in schools, colleges, and universities), a wide range of research monographs, anthologies, and college and university textbooks across different fields or disciplines.  Concisely, our publishing goals are to

  • maintain excellence in publishing;
  • consistently build our profile and reputation as a high quality publisher;
  • nurture and support both new and established authors of high calibre;
  • appeal to a wide range of national and international audiences;
  • support and publish works that exemplify border crossing – interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary research; and
  • provide students with literary works that explore contemporary socio-political issues with ingenuity.
